The job titles have ranged from Enterprise Sales Manager to Strategist to Co-Author (yes, Professional Selling in the 21st Century with Professor Dietrich at ASU). Yet the work has always been about the same thing: helping people move forward without making it harder than it has to be. I’ve sat through RFP rodeos, danced through QBR battles, and logged thousands of flight miles — both for business and as a pilot. (Turns out navigating airspace and enterprise politics aren’t all that different.)
The best relationships start with trust — not a pitch, not a deck, and definitely not a 23-tab spreadsheet. For 25+ I’ve been in the trenches with organizations across energy, healthcare, government, and finance, helping them navigate the mess and magic of sales, strategy, and technology. Cloud migrations, contact center upgrades, AI-powered CX — all great, but only if they actually solve something. And it all starts with listening.
Now? I’m open to what’s next. That might be a new role, a new partnership, or continuing to grow my coaching practice — something I’ve been building for over 10 years with guidance from my mentor, Mark David. Coaching changed the way I show up, and I’m ready to help others find that same clarity, momentum, vision and focus.
